After four snowstorms in March, I am REALLY appreciating the first glimpses of our late spring here. Seeing those first flowers blooming, hearing the birds singing outside, and reveling in these rare sunny days with blue skies fills me with joy.
This season of renewal and hope is the perfect time to pay attention to your emotional and spiritual health. Living with chronic illness, we tend to focus on our physical health, but our emotional well-being is just as important in how we feel overall and how we experience life.
